B is for...

Bread. One of my favorite things to eat, make, and create with. This is a picture of my finally project in my Junior year at Johnson and Wales University. The theme was the Gold Rush. Everything you see here can be eaten. Part of it is made out of 'Dead Dough' and the other pieces are 'Live Dough'. This was an awesome class where I learned a lot and got to eat a lot of yummy BREAD. Who doesn't love bread - especially fresh baked?

Bread and Pastries are my chosen career - what could be sweeter then that? (pun intended)

How cool is that?! Wow... Live vs. dead dough... yeast vs. unleaven?

That is soooo cool! I was just talking about making bread. Maybe you can give me a lesson someday in exchange for wine & dinner ;-)
