D is for...


Danish. Now I know what you are thinking, those things are so not good for you. And although this may be true it is all about moderation. It is the name of the game. I bake these twice a week when I cover for the over night baker. I love the process of dough and especially the final product.

Oh darn, now I have to find something to wipe the drool off my keyboard. Danish are soooooo good! I'm glad I don't live near a bakery.
