Earrings. I love to wear them and make them. Whether long dangly ones or just studs - my ears are always happy with earrings. You can dress up or even dress down with the right pair of earrings. 
You can go really big or dainty and you can make a statement. I know it is not very exciting for E, but I couldn't think of another E.
