On another note, my mom has started a charity project called - *Little Bitty Balls of Yarn* (LBBY) You can check out for further details on her blog, but the basics are to knit a square or lots of squares for her to sew into a 'Love Blankie' for those going through chemo therapy. For the squares: CO 30, K 30 rows, use size 8 needles. Any type of yarn will work as long as it isn't scratchy.
Contact her at knittykatz@gmail.com for more information or where to send all those squares.
I do hope that we can help her out and send some love to those going through a difficult time.
May your weeks go smoothly!

Glad you had a great time.
Great cause your mom has started!
I was so glad they won the game you went to! My in-laws got us Sox tickets for our anniversary, I can't wait to go, we haven't been since the first week I was pregnant!
Fun! I love going to baseball games, even if a bratwurst costs $6.50. I just went to St. Louis' Stitch 'n Pitch last night, actually.
I would LOVE to see a game at Fenway! I'm sure I can get some bitty squares knit up.
Sounds like you had a great time! I used to love going to baseball games, but I haven't been in forever.
I like the idea your mom came up with. Maybe I can get a few in. That is, if I can get done with the shawl I've been working on forever. lol
NIce! I hope we get to Boston while it's still baseball season. :)
sorry i missed your visit last week! traffic on the way home meant we didn't get back into cbus until after 10. hope you had a good time!
